A perfect day: morning workout, breakfast omlettes made by Ryan and Alex, a hike in Tryon Creek (for Alex it was a nap), got some summer toys for Alex, the Hillsdale Farmers Market, played outside, and a yummy "tapas" dinner (from the farmers market). Thank you to my "perfect" husband and daughter!

We decided to take advantage of one of the first sunny, warmer days this spring and go down to Naito Parkway. We walked across the Hawthorne Bridge (we even got to watch it rise) and enjoyed a pastry and some coffee (well I did anyway) at New Cascadia--yum!
